Please note that although we are a repair center for HP/COMPAQ computers, we specialize on business-class computers. If you have a retail model purchased at a brick and mortar store such as BestBuy, WalMart, OfficeDepot, etc, please call us first to make sure we are able to work on and get parts for your computer. If we are unable to repair your computer we would be happy to provide you with the information and point you in the right direction.
In our service site you will be able to create your service order, view your service progress and your past service history.
If you are a new customer and wish to send a computer to CTI for repair, click on the 'Sign In' button above and then click on the 'Register' button. You will need a valid e-mail address to create your account. Once your account has been created you will be automatically 'Signed In' and ready to complete your service request. Remember your e-mail address and password for future use.
If you are a past "service" customer with CTI, you may already have an account. Click on the 'Sign In' button above, then on the "Find Password" button. You will need your 'First Name', 'Last Name', 'Company Name', if applicable, and the 'E-mail Address' used when the account was created. If you do not know all this information, please call CTI and the receptionist will help you with the information to access your account.
Whether a new customer or past customer, when we receive your machine at CTI for service and we have processed it, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your computer. Now with your account, you will be able to see the progress of your repairs online.
